Terms & Conditions

Warranty

Cowboy Cody’s warrants all parts it installs shall satisfactorily perform, under normal use, for 90 days. Should parts supplied by Cowboy Cody’s fail to satisfactorily perform for 90 days, Cowboy Cody’s will replace the defective part free of charge. Cowboy Cody’s provides no further warranty or guarantee, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Warranty Exclusions

Cowboy Cody’s warranty does NOT apply to any parts supplied by you, including labor related to the installation of a customer-supplied part. Cowboy Cody’s warranty also does NOT cover the cost of any loss or damage caused by defective parts or labor, including but not limited to water damage or food spoilage.

Cockroaches

If cockroaches are discovered in or around the appliance being repaired,Cowboy Cody’s will not complete the repair. Should cockroaches be discovered after starting the repair, the technician will return the appliance to its original condition before leaving.

Finance Charge

Payment is due immediately upon completion of repair services. Failure to pay immediately upon completion may, at Cowboy Cody’s discretion, result in a 2% monthly finance charge.

Home Warranty/Insurance

Cowboy Cody’s does not work with or accept home warranty or home insurance companies outside of its specified network. If your home warranty or home insurance company is outside Cowboy Cody’s network, you agree to nonetheless pay Cowboy Cody’s immediately upon completion of repair services. You also acknowledge it is your responsibility to obtain reimbursement from your home warranty or home insurance company, should you so desire.

Damage Waiver

Should the technician determine that an appliance needs moved to be serviced, Cowboy Cody’s will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may arise as a result of moving that appliance. The risks associated with moving an appliance include, but are not limited to, damage to the appliance and the surrounding flooring, cabinetry, and countertops.By signing these Terms & Conditions, you agree to hold Cowboy Cody’s harmless for any and all losses arising from the moving of an appliance.
